Hi, I’m Kathie

Certified Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach

Kathie's passion for health and fitness stems from a personal journey of transformation. Facing health challenges in 2012, she embarked on a transformative path, overcoming obesity and a sedentary lifestyle. Through dedication at the gym and with the guidance of a trainer, she discovered the power of exercise & nutrition to not just improve health, but to create a life filled with possibility.

These experiences ignited a fire within Kathie, leading her to become a certified personal trainer in 2018. Fueled by a desire to empower others, she founded KSoko Training in 2020. KSoko Training offers in-studio, virtual and custom programming options to meet the diverse needs of its clients, whether beginner or experienced.

Kathie's own story exemplifies the transformative power of fitness, and she is dedicated to guiding her clients along their unique journeys towards a strong and fulfilling life.

Can't Make It to the Studio? No Problem!

At KSoko Training, we understand that busy schedules and life's commitments don't always allow for in-studio workouts. That's why we offer flexible training options to help you reach your fitness goals, regardless of your location or availability.

Live Virtual Training 

Train with me from the location of your choice! This is a perfect option for those who can't make it to the studio but still want the personalized attention of one-on-one training. We'll utilize Zoom to conduct live sessions, ensuring you receive real-time coaching and exercise modifications as needed.

Hybrid Training Options

Hybrid training options allow you to bring a custom plan to your local gym on your own time.  We'll deliver your plan with a user-friendly platform allowing access to your workouts, track progress and stay connected with me remotely. Whether you prefer to exercise at home, at the gym or outdoors, this option provides the flexibility you need to fit fitness into your busy life.
