Hi, I’m Kathie

My passion for health and fitness began with my own journey to wellness.  That journey sparked a desire to help others experience the same kind of change.  I became a certified personal trainer and founded KSoko Training - a space where clients of all levels can feel supported, challenged and empowered.  Today, KSoko Training offers in-studio sessions, virtual coaching and customized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals and lifestyle.  My mission is to help others realize their strength, reclaim their health and build lives full of purpose and possibility.

Can't Make It to the Studio? 

I understand that busy schedules and life's commitments don't always allow for visits to the studio.  I offer flexible training options to help you reach your fitness goals, regardless of your location or availability.

Virtual Training 

Virtual training is a great option for those who can't make it to the studio but still want the individualized attention one - on - one  coaching offers. This option ensures that you receive real-time coaching and exercise modifications as needed.

Hybrid Training 

My hybrid training options give you the freedom to work out on your own schedule - with a personalized fitness plan built just for you.  You'll have full access to your workouts, the ability to track progress and stay connected with me for ongoing support and accountability.  

Whether you prefer training at home, in the gym or outdoors, this flexible option makes it easier than ever to fit fitness into your busy life - on your terms.
