Hi, I’m Kathie

My passion for health and fitness began with my own journey to wellness.  That journey sparked a desire to help others experience the same kind of change.  I became a certified personal trainer and founded KSoko Training - a space offering in-studio fitness coaching as well as online programs for clients anywhere - designed to help adults build strength that lasts.  Here, training is more than exercise; it's about reclaiming your energy, your confidence and your independence.  Whether you're just getting started or leveling up, you'll have support, accountability and a coach who believes in your ability to grow stronger every day.  Your life.  Your goals.  Your strength - built for every season ahead.

training options, so you can stay committed to your goals no matter where your day takes you.

KSoko Training offers flexible online and hybrid training options designed to fit your lifestyle.  Online training provides personalized workouts, expert guidance and support you can access from anywhere.  If you prefer a blend of in-person coaching and independent workouts, the hybrid gives you both: hands - on sessions in the studio plus customized online training to keep you progressing between visits.  No matter how you choose to train, you can stay consistent, confident, and Strong for Life.
